Mkrtichevning 15 aprel Madaniyat va san’at xodimlari kuniga bag’ishlangan “Madaniyat va san’at xodimlari kuni- bayramining kelib chiqish tarixi” nomli ma'ruzasi bo'lib o'tishini ma'lum etib bildiramiz.
